Demo 8 ROAM Bike and Summer Gravity Camp trip to be given away at Sea Otter.

Somewhere on the planet, there is a rider whose season is going to get started on a high note. On Saturday, April 14, exactly one year after the world premiere of ROAM, Specialized and The Collective will be giving away the Demo 8 ROAM Edition bike to one very lucky winner. Everyone around the world that has purchased a ROAM DVD has had the opportunity to register as a contestant to win the bike. Whistler Blackcomb and The Collective will also be giving away a one-week trip to a Summer Gravity Camp in Whistler.

New Film Underway.

The rumblings have been getting louder and we’re stoked to officially confirm that the rumors are true. We are underway with production on a new film. We have already done some shooting in the UK, California, and B.C. We have some new concepts for this film and we’re looking forward to sharing some sneak peeks sometime soon. Expected release is Spring 2008. Stay tuned.

ROAM Soundtrack In The Works.

Overwhelming demand from people around the world stoked on the music in ROAM has motivated us to produce the ROAM soundtrack. We’re working on the details right now and hopefully we’ll have it ready soon. We know some of the tunes are a bit hard to find, so the soundtrack should answer all your problems.

ROAM Gets 10 Nominations at Bike Magazine Video Awards.

 ROAM is nominated for a bunch of awards at the Bike Magazine Video Awards, which are being held online this year. Highlight clips for the nominees in each of ten categories can be viewed online and viewers can vote for the favorites. If you know what’s up, which you do because you’re a subscriber to the Chronicle, you’ll vote for ROAM, but it’s up to you. Click here to check it out.
